                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                   CONTRACT WITH CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES,
                   INC. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES
                   RELATIVE TO THE PHASE I GAS SYSTEM
                   IMPROVEMENTS, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
                   SIXTY-TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
                   THIRTY-EIGHT AND NO/100 DOLLARS

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Contract with Consolidated Technologies, Inc.
       relative to the construction phase services related to the Phase 
I
       Gas System Improvements in an amount not to exceed $62,838.00.
